Typed Scope, Then Prose
Extraction produces a ScopeSpec before any drafting. The document is a rendering of it, not the other way round.
Traceable Every Span
Each filled field carries its provenance — a cited source, an approved clause, or a named default.
Clause Library and Playbook
Commercial and legal language comes from approved positions. Nothing about terms is written free-hand.
